Types of Payment Accepted
Currently, we accept cash on delivery, Interac, Email transfers, or Visa/Mastercard. Our drivers, depending on the location, may carry a mobile card machine so you can pay with your bank or credit card right at the time of your delivery.
TRACKING AN ORDER
Follow the progress of your cannabis order with our order tracking system. A link is provided with every order so you can meet your driver when they arrive.
How do I find out my order is on the way?
Once your order has been processed, we’ll send you an order confirmation email so you can keep an eye on its progress. We’ll let you know as soon as it ships!
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our drivers deliver right to your doorstep or wherever you prefer, as long as it is a safe place to do so. Drivers have the right to request that you come to the vehicle to pick up your order if they do not feel comfortable going to the door. Drivers are not allowed to go into a premises unless it is pre-approved my the store operator.
How will my order be shipped to me?
We use in-house drivers who are trained to be knowledgeable on cannabis uses and the possible side-effects. You can ask them anything you like about your order and they will be able to help you with no problem at all.
When will my order arrive?
We are a same-day cannabis delivery service. Our goal, however, is to get every order delivered within an hour. If you need your order delivered for sure within the hour, we have a rush option you can choose at checkout.

I didn’t like my order. Can I get my money back?
We’re sorry, but all orders are final sale with very few exceptions, such as product recalls, or damaged or tampered items. And, of course, if we sent you the wrong product by accident, we’ll look to make that right. If you’re unhappy with the product you chose, we suggest you try something different next time you order – we have dozens of cool products for you to choose from.
The products I ordered were stale or rotten. What do I do?
We want you to receive the highest quality cannabis. If you receive a stale product, let us know immediately. Please do not consume any product that you do not feel is in the proper condition.
what if you cant deliver my order when i want it
There will be the odd occcasion where RUSH420 is not available during normal operating hours. All we can do is apologize and assure you we will get back online as soon as possible.
